What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
None! Everything is worked into the price.
When will I receive my order?
Our parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working days, but Royal Mail say it can take up to 10 working days to be delivered. If you have not received your item after 10 working days, please contact us!
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days (for domestic orders) please contact us.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we can process an exchange/refund.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your order. Orders can normally be changed within 6 hours after it has been placed.
